Deborah Fitzgerald-Moore is a Principal Lecturer in the Events Management Team.Deborah has been Module Leader for 2 of the core business modules in the U/G Events, Food, Hospitality and Tourism Programme.She is now module leader for the new Food and Beverages for Events module. Deborah joined Sheffield Hallam from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2006. Deborah had held a number of roles at Leeds including Course leader for the MSc in Hospitality Management which was delivered on-site and at Les Roche Hotel School in Switzerland and Principal Lecturer in Widening Participation (WP). Since joining SHU , Deborah held an interim post as Head of the Widening Participation Unit , participating in the development of the University WP Stategic Assessment submitted to HEFCE in 2009.Deborah is the Quality and Enhancement lead for the Department of Service Sector Management.
