Hannah Bradshaw MSc

Doctoral Researcher and Demonstrator

For my PhD, I am investigating the behaviour of children in online gaming environments, with a specific focus on the risk and protective factors for sexual harm. My supervisors are Dr Kate Whitfield and Dr Oliver Merry.

I have research experience in topics surrounding sexual offending, child sexual exploitation material, perceptions of sex offenders, special measures for vulnerable victims and witnesses, and evaluating current practices. I have worked on commissioned projects with the British Board of Film Classification, Circles UK, the Economic and Social Research Council, the Ministry of Justice, the N8 Research Partnership, and West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Unit.
