Summary
My experience as a Learning Disability Nurse and teacher helps me offer extensive practical and academic support in relevant fields, namely learning disability practice, vulnerable families, inequalities and social exclusion, and developing work force capacity through education, in universal services as well as the wider inter-agency learning disability sector workforce.
About
I apply my clinical and teaching expertise to teaching subject content in the modules within the Applied Nursing (Learning Disability) and Generic Social Work (ANSW) course to meet NMC and service requirements.
Along with an Admissions Tutor role, supporting recruitment activity for the ANSW and across other nursing programmes in the College, I am teaching Inter professional education across other courses in HWB department.
