Jeni Hudson

Senior Lecturer

Summary

I teach primarily on the Professional Qualification in Probation [PQiP] which is the academic part of training to qualify as a Probation Officer. I also teach some Undergraduate Criminology and on the Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I am also involved in a research project looking at Barriers in Probation recruitment and specifically at the recruitment of men to the role of Probation Officer.

I have had a long career working for the Probation Service as a Probation Officer and a Probation Manager and I bring a great deal of knowledge and experience from working in that role.
