I am currently employed by Sheffield Hallam University as a Teaching Researcher in Fine Art (2009–12) where I am undertaking a full time practice based PhD and teaching one day a week on two BA (Hons) courses: Creative Arts Practice and Fine Art.
I graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 1998 with a First class Honours degree. From 2001 – 04 I studied at postgraduate level at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam in the Fine Art department specialising in glass, my studies were supported by a ‘Study Abroad Studentship’ grant from the Leverhulme Trust.
