Additionally I work as a gastroenterology dietitian at University Hospitals Sussex and have been a registered dietitian for over seven years. My role has a strong focus on nutrition support and managing gastroenterology conditions, and I work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that supports patients with inflammatory bowel disease.

I have a keen interest in public health and I was a NHS England population health fellow in 2022/2023 and collaborated with the office for health improvement and disparities (OHID). Additionally I am the module leader for the MSc module leadership in public health nutrition.
