Summary

Multilingual: Speak three languages fluently; English, Russian and Amharic.

Qualification: MBA Postgraduate (with distinction) and currently undertaking a Doctoral Research into the lived experience of Immigrant Entrepreneurs with special focus on Black African Immigrant Entrepreneurs in Sheffield.

MSc. Economics Postgraduate (with distinction) with critical research focussed on the impact of Government policy interventions and provisions in regard to SMEs performances in the newly emerging economies and East European market contexts.

Research: Doctoral Researcher in Management and Business Administration (DBA) at Sheffeild Business School.

Experience: Has over 10 years' experience in developing and managing an international business and 2 years business consultancy service. This has equipped me with a broad business management capability and knowledge with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Current positions: Currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management, Business Economics and International Business subject group.

Role: Between 2011 and 2015, I undertook a role as an International Business development Manager for Sub Saharan African countries for Sheffield Business School and since 2015 to date, I am  working as International Business Recruitment Manager for Africa and Middle Eastern countries on behalf of Sheffield Business School.

Research: Presently; I am research active on Doctoral research project at Sheffield Business School which combines practical experience of Business advisory/consultancy, business management and teaching practices.
