Dame Stella is known for driving improvement in the most challenging political and operational situations and is going to offer her ideas on high-performing organisations in the public and private sector and where it can all go wrong.

Joining Dame Stella will be Councillor Chris Read, Leader of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and Chair of the Rotherham Together Partnership along with Dr Helen Phillips, Chair of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; Chair of the Legal Services Board, the oversight regulator for Solicitors, Barristers and other legal professionals in England and Wales; and recently appointed to the newly created sector specific regulator for social workers in England. The panel session will be facilitated by Professor Kevin Kerrigan, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Enterprise and Dean of Sheffield Business School.
