Services for the brewing industry

We offer a range of services to the brewing industry including beer and wort analysis, water quality analysis and yeast storage and identification. All our analyses are carried out in accordance with the European Brewery Convention standard methods.

Water analysis

If you use your own water in your brews we can analyse the quality of your water source to determine levels of heavy metals, chlorines, sulphites and sulphates and nitrates and nitrites.
