On Wednesday 5 December, we’ll be joined by Duncan McCombie, CEO of YES Energy Solutions and Dave Capper, CEO of Westfield Health to explore how organisations can support societal health and wellbeing.

  • Learn what organisations can do to support change and alleviate the effects of fuel and health poverty

About the speakers:

Duncan McCombie, Chief Executive, Yes Energy Solutions

Duncan was appointed as Group Chief Executive of YES Energy Solutions CIC in 2016 to lead the company’s strong social purpose - addressing fuel poverty and reducing the impacts of climate change.

In three years, Duncan tripled the company’s turnover and raised customer satisfaction to 91% while reinvigorating a clear culture of ‘Green, Great and Gracious’. His passion for delivering and seeing through sustainable improvements provides tangible benefits for people, businesses and communities and embeds positive change in the culture of the organisations he leads

Dave Capper, Chief Executive, Westfield Health

Dave is integral in driving the delivery of Westfield Health’s strategic proposition, which is to design exceptional health and wellness programmes delivered by experts in areas including mental health and resilience, physical activity and nutrition.

Leading the growing Westfield Health Group as CEO, Dave is actively involved in helping businesses and communities that we serve to stay both physically and mentally fit by reducing barriers to physical activity.

He is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life, and in January 2023 was appointed as Chair of the Active Partnerships National Board who exist to help make physical activity the social norm for everyone.
