This project is about measuring the economic and social value of the sports industry. The Sport Satellite Account measures the Gross Value Added and employment generated by sport in Belgium. The Social Return on Investment (SROI) measures the wider health and wellbeing impact of sport in the regions of Flanders and Wallonia-Brussels.

The project team also includes David Leather, Dr. Girish Ramchandani, Elizabeth Christy, Dr. Themis Kokolakakis, Professor Peter Taylor (Sheffield Hallam University), Gunther Grohall (SpEA, Austria), Professor Veerle de Bosscher (VUB-Flanders, Belgium), Professor Thierry Zintz (UCLouvain-Wallonia, Belgium).
