This is the third iteration of research into affordable rented housing need in Scotland, building on previous projects in 2015 and 2020. The project aims to identify how many affordable rented homes must be delivered between 2026-2031 in order to meet housing needs in Scotland, and to estimate the associated cost of delivering these.
