This project focuses on the UK’s contribution to a programme of Cross-country Case Study Analyses (CSA) undertaken as part of the Users Technology Collaboration Programme by the International Energy Agency Annex on Hard to Reach (HTR) energy users. The exercise involves gathering and analysing good practice examples of engagement strategies that have been used in participating countries to successfully engage the HTR audiences in the residential and commercial sectors.
