Housing affordability project

Project Duration: 2015-2016

The study will provide research on affordability amongst Flagship Homes’ tenants. This includes what affordability means to social housing tenants, how they get by when they have financial difficulties and how affordability impacts on their lives. The study will also consider the impact of imminent welfare reforms on affordability amongst Flagship’s tenants.

The project team also includes Ben Pattison (Sheffield Hallam University).
