NIHE Assessment of the Need for Furniture Provision to New Housing Executive Tenants

This project looks at improving tenant sustainability, and in particular the sustainability of new tenancies, through the provision of furniture to new tenants. The project includes stakeholder consultation, a review of existing evidence, analysis of existing secondary data and in-depth interviews with NIHE tenants.

The project team also includes George Quinn (Council for the Homeless Northern Ireland (CHNI)) and Ricky Rowledge (CHNI).
