Based on extensive documentary and data analysis this project involved an independent and professional assessment of the high level policy changes required to transform social and economic conditions in the North of England. The objective was to set out a direction of travel and overarching framework to support robust economic development, wide-ranging infrastructure improvement, public services renaissance and relevant education and skills training across the three Northern regions.
