A partnership of housing associations led by The Hyde Group has commissioned Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) to conduct research to understand the root causes of tenancy failure amongst tenants under 35 and the impact that the HAs support and operational interactions have on outcomes relating to tenancies at risk. Findings and recommendations are expected to help the partnership to develop appropriate interventions to improve tenancy sustainment.
