For the September 2026 intake to our Executive MBA course, Sheffield Business School is offering several competitive scholarships to recognise exceptional talent and impactful leaders.
These scholarships reflect Sheffield Business School’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 8 and 10, which focus on reducing inequalities and promoting decent work and inclusive economic growth.
What you could receive
- International students: up to ten scholarships are available for full time applicants, each offering a £5,000 tuition fee discount.
- Home students: up to two scholarships are available for full time or part time applicants, each offering a 30% tuition fee discount.

Inclusive Leadership and Sustainable Growth Executive MBA Scholarship
For international students (full time route only)
This scholarship recognises exceptional future business leaders who demonstrate a commitment to reducing inequalities and/or promoting sustainable economic growth.
It supports equal access to world class education while equipping professionals with the skills needed to create positive economic and societal impact within their organisations and communities.
Up to ten scholarships are available, each offering a £5,000 tuition fee discount for international students applying to the full time Executive MBA course at Sheffield Hallam University.
Inclusive Regional Growth Executive MBA Scholarship
For home students (full time and part time routes)
This scholarship advances the UN's Sustainable Development Goals 8 and 10 by promoting inclusive access to advanced leadership education.
It supports experienced professionals who drive equitable economic growth and foster sustainable, positive change within the South Yorkshire region.
Up to two scholarships are available, each offering a 30% tuition fee discount for home applicants to the Executive MBA course at Sheffield Hallam University. These scholarships are available to applicants on either the full time or part time route.
How to apply
All Executive MBA applicants are automatically considered for scholarships as part of the admissions process. There is no separate application form.
Your application will be reviewed and your potential impact discussed during the online interview.
Scholarships are awarded as tuition fee discounts, based on your individual impact and overall fit with the Sheffield Business School MBA.
If successful, your offer letter will confirm the scholarship, and the discount will be automatically applied to your tuition fees once you accept your place.
Terms and conditions
- Applicants are only eligible for a single scholarship or discount.
- Applicants who are made a change of course offer will be eligible for the standard university scholarships and discounts available at Sheffield Hallam University.
- The scholarship is only valid for the September intake in the year of application.
- The Scholarship is awarded and will be applied for the September intake of the application year the applicant has applied for only.
- The Scholarship cannot be rolled into a new academic year intake. Any applicant who wishes to defer will waive the right to the scholarship and will be expected to reapply and re-interview for the award the following year.
- Applicants who will be sponsored or partially sponsored (i.e. some or all the applicant's tuition fees are being paid for) will not be eligible for the scholarship.
- The Scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee reduction.
- Applicants will still need to meet all conditions of the offer; failure to meet conditions will mean the scholarship is withdrawn.
International applicants to the full time Executive MBA course will still be required to pay a deposit of £5,000 before Confirmation of Acceptance to Study (CAS) and a further £3,000 before enrolment.
