Welcome to Hallam's first line student support service. We're here to help with day-to-day issues and connect you with specialist support when you need it.

Hallam Help Service Update

The University will be closed from Friday 19 December at 6pm and will reopen Monday 5 January at 8am. 

Hallam Help Points will be closed from 2pm and the Hallam Help Service will be closed from 4pm on Friday 19 December and will reopen at 8:45am on Monday 5th January.

Visit us on campus

Talk to us in person and access specialist advice at one of our Hallam Help points, available at both Adsetts and Collegiate libraries and the Owen Building. Open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
