Welcome to Hallam's first line student support service. We're here to help with day-to-day issues and connect you with specialist support when you need it.

Hallam Help Service Update

The Hallam Help Service will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 2 April and will reopen on Wednesday 8 April at 8.45am.

The University will be closed from Thursday 2 April at 6pm and will reopen on Wednesday 8 April at 8am. 

Please be assured we still have a range of events, services and support available for all students whether you’re staying in Sheffield or at home during this time. For more details go to Support During the Break

Visit us on campus

Talk to us in person and access specialist advice at one of our Hallam Help points, available at both Adsetts and Collegiate libraries and the Owen Building. Open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
