Your payment may be delayed and we may need to contact you if:

• the bank details you provided were incorrect, or
• you did not provide them when asked to do so.

How to submit your details

You will need to complete a short form to submit your details. Please ensure the details you give are correct, mistakes will cause a delay to your payment.
