Cancel your monthly membership
Complete and submit the fields below to cancel your Sheffield Hallam Active membership, a member of the Active team will confirm by e-mail when the request has been processed.
To cancel your membership, you must be complete and submit the on-line cancellation form before the 1st of the month. Charges will be incurred if you cancel your direct debit prematurely or do not give the required notice to cancel your membership to Sheffield Hallam Active.
When cancelling your membership, you must return your membership card on or before the cancellation date.
If you decide to rejoin Sheffield Hallam Active, we reserve the right to charge you the initial Administration Fee. At the discretion of Sheffield Hallam Active, we would not charge the administration fee if re-joining within 14 days of the previous membership expiring.
