Freeze your membership (Monthly direct debit membership only)
Complete and submit the fields below to freeze your Sheffield Hallam Active membership, a member of the Active team will confirm by e-mail when the request has been processed.
Members paying monthly (direct debit) may freeze their membership for a continuous period of at least 1 calendar month but not more than 3 calendar months, starting on the first of the month and ending on the last day of the month.If you wish to freeze your membership, you must give one month's notice. The form must be received by the 1st of the month. When you resume membership of Sheffield Hallam Active after the period of freezing you do not have to pay a further Administration fee and payments will recommence without notification.PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE 1ST DATE OF YOUR FREEZE PERIOD. Failure to submit your form 10 working days before the start of your freeze period means we cannot guarantee to freeze your membership on the date requested.
