Speaker: Hilary Boyd, visiting from New Zealand with a Winston Churchill Fellowship

Hilary Boyd is a performance improvement specialist based in New Zealand visiting the UK as part of a Winston Churchill Fellowship investigating how international healthcare organizations improve health care services.

Title: Service Co-Design: a New Zealand Perspective

Together with her colleague, Dr Andrew Old, Hilary is visiting Sheffield on Wednesday 10 April. As part of this visit, User-centred Healthcare Design (UCHD) are pleased to host a seminar on Hilary’s co-authoring work on toolkit for Health Service Co-Design, which includes a case-study of patient co-design of a breast service.

Hilary and Andrew will be with UCHD for most of the day, please contact Simon Bowen if you are interested in meeting them, in addition to attending the seminar.
