Sheffield Hallam University organised an Associates Day for their Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) and Enhanced Mentored Internship (EMI) programmes on Wednesday 10th May 2017.

The event consisted of two parts: KTP and EMI Associate presentations, followed by an early evening networking dinner for current KTP/EMI partnerships and valued company partners.   

Second year KTP and EMI Associates each gave a short presentation on their projects in front of interested research staff and fellow partnerships. Associates who are in their first year were also given an opportunity to present a 'poster' during the event.

The main objective was to enable the partnerships to exploit the research knowledge of staff within the university and allow the project team to discuss new angles or ideas for research.
