Modelling of tennis ball impacts on a tennis racket

Helen graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. Within her PhD she will be working closely with the ITF to perform a series of laboratory based experiments reviewing the way in which the ball impacts on a tennis racket. These results are then to be translated into working algorithms to be read and used by Tennis GUT.
