Introduction
Leading and managing effective change has assumed pivotal importance for leaders in all health and social care organisations.
As the pace of change in the external environment and global challenges continues to increase and new technologies disrupt traditional ways of working; this module aims to assist you in exploring issues around change from varying perspectives, but focusing in particular on the role of leadership in supporting sustainable change.

All health and social care professionals, including third sector or private organisations.

Entry requirements
You must have experience of studying and writing at level 6.
You must have access to a reliable internet connection
Where English is not your first language you must be able to supply IELTS scores.
The above must be evidenced in your application form.

Attendance
Delivery Method:
Synchronous online learning (distance learning). Take part in live, timetabled online sessions using tools like video calls and virtual classrooms. You’ll learn in real time with tutors and other students, with no need to attend campus for teaching or assessments.
