Additional documents, including other policies, codes and guidance, provide information on how the Regulations are implemented and are available on MyHallam, the University's interactive learning platform for students. These do not form part of the University's contractual relationship with its students, but students would be expected to abide by them, as would the University.

Statutory Cancellation Form

What You Need To Know – 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19 Entrants
The following documents are an overview of key information about Sheffield Hallam University, our courses and fees for full-time UK and EU undergraduate applicants who started at the University in the 2016/17 academic year, and for full-time UK, EU and international undergraduate applicants who started at the University in the 2017/18 or 2018/19 academic years. The relevant document will form part of your contract with the University if you choose to study with us.
What You Need To Know – 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 Entrants
For full-time UK, EU and international undergraduate applicants who started at the University in the 2019/2020, 2020/2021 academic years and for full-time Home and International undergraduate applicants starting in September for the 2021/2022 academic year, please refer to the University Terms and Conditions document and Key Terms Summary for the relevant year below.

What You Need To Know - 2022/23 Entrants
For full-time Home and International undergraduate applicants who will start at the University in September 2022, please refer to the University Terms and Conditions document and Key Terms Summary.
Please note the University will only admit students who are aged 18 at the point of enrolment.
