These do not form part of the University's contractual relationship with its students, but students would be expected to abide by them, as would the University.

Statutory Cancellation Form

Students' Union Code of Practice

A Code of Practice has been published in accordance with the requirements of s22(3) of the Education Act 1994 (the Act). The Act requires the University and Sheffield Hallam University Students' Union (the Union) to comply with a number of measures relating to the operation of the Union, in particular relating to its: constitution; membership; elections; sabbatical officers; finances; affiliations; complaints; and notification requirements.

For full-time Home and International undergraduate applicants who will start at the University in September 2022, please refer to the University Terms and Conditions document and Key Terms Summary.

Please note the University will only admit students who are aged 18 at the point of enrolment.
