Without a doubt, the heart of the event was the student project showcasing, some of which were developed with industry collaborators. Most of the engaging hands-on live demonstrations were accompanied by visually pleasing posters, that documented the journey behind the development of each project. The level 6 innovative robotic demonstrations were a crowd favourite, especially since they were able to be part of the live demonstrations. Professor Connor Moss visited the showcase and was extremely impressed by the range of outstanding projects on display. He complimented the students on the technical and soft skills the students demonstrated and was particularly impressed with their innovative ideas.

Presentations were delivered by a number of key figures within the Computer Science and Software Engineering subject group. Dr. Soumya Basu started with a talk on Knowledge Exchange, followed by a Placement Talk from Mick Marriot and ending with a talk on PhD Opportunities from Dr. Carlos Da Silva. During the placement one of the level 6 students, David Ani, was put on the spot to talk about his placement experience. Despite this he handled the situation in a composed and confident manner, leaving students, industrial partners and staff in awe of his professionalism and quick-thinking skills. The event was concluded by Dharmendra Shadija and included a prize ceremony to celebrate the outstanding work of students.
