There are many vulnerable people in our society, the Department of Social work, Social care and Community Studies provides a range of courses that will try and help you to understand how you can work to empower and protect these vulnerable people and groups.

We want to develop a lifelong relationship with our students and therefore we  offer a range of post qualifying courses, for example a Post Graduate Certificate, Approved Mental Health Practitioner or modules that consider leading or managing adult safeguarding.
