Working with colleagues Stuart Bevins and Gareth Price from CDARE, TESOL colleagues Nick Moore and John Wrigglesworth are preparing a framework for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) that will be rolled out across Armenia and implemented in all state schools. 

The framework is designed to empower teachers to give them autonomy over their CPD and encompasses both the Armenian framework for teacher evaluation and the British Council’s Teaching for Success CPD framework.
