About

I am currently the Subject Group Leader in Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource Management. I am also the module Leader for Global Governance in International Business (Level 6) at Sheffield Hallam University and in Botswana Accountancy College (Botswana). I have maintained a strong academic profile, having taught on over 35 different business modules at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. I have worked professionally within industry for over 25 years, having held several senior management positions in private, public and charity organisations where I worked strategically advising and guiding senior management on how to maximise business performance. I have five business and management degrees which include: e-Business and Management; Business and Finance; International Business and Management; Human Resource Management and a professional Doctorate in Business Administration. I also hold Chartered Fellowship which is the highest level of professional membership that can be awarded with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Chartered Fellowship is awarded after ten years strategic management experience that drives sustained business performance.
 
Research interests currently include International Business, Holistic Learning; Knowledge Management; Human Resource Management; Operations, Global Governance and Strategic Management internationally. Paul's expertise is the practical application of good academic research and how this can provide businesses a unique and sustainable competitive advantage.
 
I also examine, teach, and support Doctorate students and currently supervise 6 Doctorate students and the Director of Studies for five professional Doctorates (DBA).
