Former BMRC PhD student and current Postdoctoral Researcher Abbey Thorpe has been awarded the Jeremy Laskowski Memorial Prize for Excellence in PhD Research.

Abbey’s PhD was entitled ‘Mesenchymal Stem Cell Differentiation to Musculoskeletal Tissues in Injectable Hydrogel Scaffolds’. She was supervised by Professor Christine Le Maitre (BMRC) and Professor Chris Sammon (MERI).
