Callie Seaman successfully defended her PhD thesis entitled 'Investigation of Nutrient Solutions for the Hydroponic Growth of Plants' at her viva on 15th February 2017 and has passed subject to minor amendments.

Callie was a part-time PhD student funded by an EPSRC Industrial Case Award to Professor Neil Bricklebank, in collaboration with Acquaculture/Acqualabs, where Callie is employed. Callie’s Director of Studies is Professor Bricklebank and her first supervisor is Dr Philip Gardiner.

Congratulations to Callie and her supervisors, it is very hard work completing a PhD alongside working.
