Our test kitchens are ideal for training restaurant staff and trying out new menus. Located next to the kitchens, we have a sensory suite with a capacity of 30, the Brearley suite with a capacity of 20 which comes equipped with a PC, projector and screen. There is also a restaurant room - City View, connected to the kitchen, with a bar and coffee station. City View has a capacity of 60, which comes equipped with a PC, projector and screen. All of these rooms can be hired out separately, along with the test kitchens.
