Prices and packages

Our conference packages are all-inclusive, so you’ll know exactly what’s covered - no hidden extras. 

If you’d prefer something more tailored, we can design a bespoke package to suit your event. And if you just need a straightforward space, our meeting room hire offers excellent value, starting from £140 + VAT.

Premium Conference Package

From £42 + VAT per delegate (minimum 150 delegates). 
Ideal for large conferences that need a lecture theatre with breakout rooms. 
 
Includes: 

  • Premium lecture theatre 
  • Four breakout rooms 
  • Refreshment and lunch area 
  • Lectern, screen and data projector in all rooms 
  • Microphones in the lecture theatre 
  • High-speed Wi-Fi 
  • Dedicated event coordinator 
  • Directional signage 
  • Premium refreshments and lunch package 

Standard Conference Package

From £35 + VAT per delegate (minimum 100 delegates). 
Perfect for mid-sized conferences with one main space. 
 
Includes: 

  • Large conference room or theatre 
  • Refreshment and lunch area 
  • Lectern, screen and data projector 
  • Microphones in main room 
  • High-speed Wi-Fi 
  • Dedicated event coordinator 
  • Directional signage 
  • Premium refreshments and lunch package 

Meeting Package 

From £25 + VAT per delegate (minimum 25 delegates). 
A flexible choice for smaller meetings and events. 

Includes: 

  • Meeting room hire 
  • Lectern, screen and data projector 
  • High-speed Wi-Fi 
  • Dedicated event coordinator 
  • Directional signage 
  • Refreshments and lunch package
