An Evaluation of the Houses into Homes Initiative

The evaluation explored the effectiveness of arrangements for delivering the Houses into Homes scheme for bringing empty properties back into use and seeking to determine the impact and added value of the scheme. The Houses into Homes scheme makes available loans to bringing empty houses or commercial buildings back into use as homes for rent or sale. A £10 million fund was made available by Welsh Government to support the scheme.
