Food and nutrition courses
Food and nutrition specialists are always in demand, playing crucial roles in everything from product development to public health. On our food and nutrition courses you'll engage with some of the most important ideas and debates in this fast-moving sector. Undergraduate programmes include courses on food marketing and diet and wellbeing, and at postgraduate level you can go deeper into specialist topics such as public health, nutrition for sport, food consumer marketing and product development.

All of our food and nutrition lecturers have research or managerial experience, and we teach in state-of-the-art facilities, including sensory suites, development kitchens and laboratories. You'll also benefit from work experience throughout our undergraduate courses, including a live consultancy project in the final year. Selected undergraduate courses also offer the opportunity to apply for a paid placement year.
