The GoGlobal Challenge is a fun way to discover everything GoGlobal has to offer while making friends from around the world.
Take part in social events, trips, sport and intercultural activities throughout the year to earn points, meet new people and make the most of your time at Hallam.
It's free to take part, open to all students, and you can join at any time during the year.
How it works
- Attend GoGlobal events and activities throughout the year.
- Reach the target number of points to complete the Challenge.
- Earn points every time you take part.
- Celebrate your achievement with a small GoGlobal Challenge prize and recognition towards a Silver Hallam Award.
There are no compulsory activities. Simply choose the events that interest you and collect points as you go.

Collect points by taking part in a variety of GoGlobal activities.

| GoGlobal Sport | 1 point for each session |
| Culture Connect Socials | 1 point for each social |
| Global Citizen Portfolio (GCP) | 3 points upon completion |
| Bi-Cultural Me | 2 points upon completion |
| SHU Fest | 2 points for performing |
| SHU Fest | 1 point for attendance |
| International Café | 1 point for each event |
