Make a note of shu.ac.uk/wellbeing, you can register with the Student Wellbeing and Belonging team to request therapeutic support based on your needs.  

You also have free access to the Togetherall online community, for lots of useful resources and tailored self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, sleep, weight management, depression and many more. 

SU Advice Centre: 

The Students' Union Advice Service offers skilled and approachable advisers who are ready to support you—whether online, over the phone, or in person.

Universal Gym 

Not in Sheffield? No problem if you have a All Inclusive Membership then you have access to BUCS UNIversal Gym.  

UNIversal Gym membership gives staff and students access to multiple university gyms across the UK at no extra cost. Whether you're travelling, visiting home, or exploring with friends, you can stay active wherever you are. The scheme has now been digitalised to enhance user experience. Members can sign up online, and gym administrators can manage memberships, promote the offer, and approve users. A new online finder helps locate participating gyms and view terms. Plus, a streamlined booking system with QR code technology helps prevent overcrowding and improves access to facilities.
