Hall's 400-page monograph on the production of the 1964 film Zulu sold out 4,000 copies in hardback following its publication in 2005 and a reprint has been much requested. Instead he will be adding substantial extra material for an expanded second edition in this, the film’s fiftieth anniversary year. There will be a new cover design (the illustration shows the old one) and several new chapters and appendices to add to the already comprehensive coverage in the first edition.
