Chloë is an artist and Senior Lecturer in Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University. She has an MA in Sculpture from Chelsea College of Art, London (1994), and a BA in Fine Art from the University of Reading (1987). She has exhibited widely nationally and internationally, including three international biennials (Istanbul Biennial, Mardin Biennial and the British Ceramics Biennial). From 1995 to 2013 Chloë was a member of The Research Group for Artists Publications (RGAP) and in 2015 she was made a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA).

I have worked with a team and several external parties to integrate these concepts within programmes here at Sheffield Hallam University. I am passionate about improvement in health and social care and have recently returned from a secondment with the Improvement Academy where I worked on regional and national projects related to patient safety and human factors . I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), a Q Fellow and an Improvement Fellow.
