I am an artist and filmmaker working with moving image, audio and photography. I was awarded an MA from the Royal College of Art, London, and am a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy. In 2012 I won the Philip Leverhulme Prize for Visual and Performing Arts for young scholars.

My research examines how people with insomnia perceive their own and other people's faces in relation to tiredness. I am also interested in the relationship between personality and insomnia.
