Student use and abuse of controlled drugs and other substances policy
The policy supports the University's commitment to ensuring student health and safety and recognises the risks associated with the misuse of alcohol, drugs and other substances.
No smoking policy
Sheffield Hallam has a duty to protect non-smokers from the risk of passive smoking whilst behaving reasonably towards smokers. We also seek to discourage furtive smoking, which may constitute a fire risk.
Safe use of display screen equipment
Our Health and Safety regulations apply to those who use Display Screen Equipment continuously for an hour or more each day.
