I lead and teach on two third year modules, Postcolonial Media Culture and Globalisation and the Media for the BA in Media and the BA in Media and Public Relations

My main teaching interests are focused on the holistic development of children within the early years and supporting practitioners to become confident and reflective in their practice. I have a specific research interest in the promotion of positive dispositions for lifelong learning, in particular curiosity and creativity.

Here at Sheffield Hallam I am a senior lecturer and I have been employed here since 1998 and teach physics, radiotherapy technology, imaging in radiotherapy, research methods and supervise BSc and MSc dissertation students.
