The Nottingham-based company has a patented technique to knit sensors directly into textiles. This technology can be applied to compression bandages, wound care, injury rehabilitation, baby monitoring and performance monitoring textiles for top athletes.
Joining the accelerator programme will allow the startup to validate their sensors against gold standard techniques available in state-of-the-art labs at the University’s new Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre. It will also bring new opportunities to interact with more than 30 industry mentors associated with the programme.
