Get career and employability advice after your studies
As a Hallam graduate, you have lifetime access to careers support. Our advisers offer one-to-one appointments for CV, cover letter, and job application support, as well as tailored advice regarding your career decision making, skill development, and interview practice.
Appointments are available online or over the phone on weekdays between 4-7pm, to fit around your schedule. If you can’t attend an evening appointment, graduates can also attend a drop-in appointment in the Careers Hub on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 1pm – 4pm.
How do I book a graduate appointment?
Graduate career appointments can be booked on our UniHub system, along with our workshops, career fairs and other employability events. Once logged in please navigate to the Appointments tab and search for 'Career' Appointments under the search bar. Select the topic you would like to discuss and review upcoming available sessions on the calendar. Once you have read the details and completed any information that is required for the appointment, simply click on 'Book' to reserve your place. You will then receive a confirmation by email.
