Career tools after you graduate

Complete the digital tools request form to gain access to our graduate tools, Careers and Employability Online and Graduates First. Find information about how to access UniHub as a graduate on this page.

Careers and Employability Online

Our online career tool platform, Careers and Employability Online, contains career support resources and practical tools to help you prepare for the recruitment process and think about your next career steps.

In order to access Careers and Employability Online as a graduate, please follow the instructions on the Alumni login page.

Graduates First

The Graduates First Portal allows you to practice psychometric tests and video interviews. You can also find application and interview tips on the platform, and search through the curated jobs board. You can use Graduates First by requesting an account as part of our digital tools packages. Complete the digital tools form to request access.  

UniHub

As a Hallam Graduate, you will have access to UniHub, our careers platform. On UniHub you can search and apply for graduate opportunities, book skills workshops taking place at the Careers & Employability Hub, and find and register for employer events and careers fairs.  

Once you have completed your studies at Hallam you will receive an email about your new UniHub login. You do not need to create a new ‘Graduate’ account, however as a graduate please follow the below steps to login:

• Visit our UniHub portal at unihub.shu.ac.uk
• Click to 'Log in as a Graduate'
• Enter your username (this will be your student id and will be included in the initial email)
• When you first log in, you will need to change your password in order to continue to use the site
• If you don't know your UniHub account password, you can create a new one using the link provided
