Commercial and Test Kitchens
Our test kitchens are ideal for training restaurant staff and trying out new menus. Located next to the kitchens, we have a sensory suite with a capacity of 30, the Brearley suite with a capacity of 20 which comes equipped with a PC, projector and screen.

Our research work for external clients ranges from short intense projects on highly focussed issues to long term evaluation projects covering many years.
