Tom is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Regional, Economic and Social Research. He is a member of the Housing Team, working on both qualitative and quantitative research projects.

He has undertaken numerous economic and social impact assessments of major sporting and cultural events and has experience of using SROI in sport and education contexts. I have twenty years of experience as a criminologist and currently hold the position of Associate Head in the Institute of Law and Justice. I am an experienced lecturer who has led undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law, criminology, policing and human rights and also supervise several PhD students. My main areas of research interest are in criminal justice technologies and police reform, as well as organised and complex criminality.
