To nominate a student to Sheffield Hallam University's Progress Scheme, please complete the online SHU progress nomination form. The form should be completed by a referee such as a teacher, tutor, careers/guidance advisor or personal advisor.

If you are a student and are struggling to have the form completed on your behalf, please contact us on 0114 225 4777 and ask to speak to the Access Development Team.

The form should be completed as soon as possible, particularly if a UCAS application has already been submitted. This will ensure we can start supporting them as soon as possible.
